1. Scope of Services Superior Scholars Educational Consulting LLC provides college readiness, application strategy, and financial aid guidance to students, families, and educational institutions.

2. Disclaimer of Guarantees (No Guaranteed Outcomes) Educational consulting is not a licensed profession in the State of Texas. Superior Scholars Educational Consulting LLC provides expert guidance and strategic advice; however, we are not licensed counselors or attorneys. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any specific college, university, or program. Furthermore, we do not guarantee the receipt of any scholarships, grants, or specific financial aid packages. The final decision regarding college admissions and financial aid rests solely with the respective institutions.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring that all applications, essays, and financial aid forms (including the FAFSA) are accurate and submitted prior to institutional deadlines. Superior Scholars Educational Consulting LLC is not liable for missed deadlines or inaccurate information provided by the student or family.

4. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
