Meet Your College Guide

I'm Luis Garcia, founder of Superior Scholars Educational Consulting. For the past seven years, I've helped students and families navigate the often-confusing journey to college.

As a Coordinator for a TRiO Educational Talent Search program, I've worked with hundreds of students; from middle schoolers just starting to dream about their future, to high school seniors finalizing their college applications. I've guided first-generation college students through their first FAFSA. I've helped families compare financial aid awards. I've read more personal statements than I can count.

I believe every student deserves access to quality college guidance; regardless of their background, their zip code, or their family's experience with higher education. That's why I started Superior Scholars.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, because I know that college conversations often involve the whole family. I meet families where they are, literally. Whether it's at your kitchen table, a coffee shop, or virtually over Zoom, I'm here to make this process less overwhelming and more achievable.
